Additionally, the service at this off-site facility was limited, and there were no professional staff present to assist with inquiries.

However, the accommodations were located in a separate building a bit away from the main hotel, and accessing the second floor without the lift was unsettling. Additionally, directions to the hotel were misleading, which made arrival a bit confusing.

Outside accommodation is a quiet location, with superior rooms that are spacious. The fridge was handy, and free parking was available at the main building. It was full upon arrival. Enjoyed the 2-night stay as a family! 😊

I had a lovely stay. the breakfast was delightful with Nespresso coffee, and my clean room was spacious with great decor, though the air conditioning could have been more effective during the heat.

I had a very nice stay in a spacious room that was cleaned daily, and I appreciated the complimentary glass bottles of water provided each day. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the historic center where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. However, I would have preferred a more straightforward check-in process instead of having to navigate between buildings.

The breakfast buffet provided a good mix of hot and cold items, though the room I stayed in was somewhat dated compared to the stylish bathrooms. Parking was convenient, but the connection to the main lobby felt a bit disconnected, especially for guests staying in the Annex Room. Additionally, service was unhelpful at times, making it hard to resolve minor issues.

Just a reliable pick for strolling in Parma with good value for cost. The room was large and modern, well-maintained and clean. Be aware there's no front desk for assistance during your stay.
